Mr. Rajaram Subramaniam Managing Director
Mr. Rajaram Subramaniam is the Chief Promoter Director of the Company and is responsible for the overall management of the Company.
With over 30 years of techno-commercial expertise in metal working and Marketing, he has extensive knowledge in the field of engineering safety products mainly pertaining to the Construction and Highway road sectors in the sub-continent, Middle East and European markets.
An alumnus of NIT, Jaipur, he has held very senior level managerial positions in his career, notably at Pennar Industries Ltd, Hyderabad, India (Formerly Nagarjuna Steels Ltd) and as the Chief Operating officer of the Indian subsidiary of the erstwhile ‘Fracasso Group’ at Mumbai, India.
Mr. Narasimha Varma Mantena Director - Technical
Mr. Narasimha Varma Mantena is Co-Promoter Director of the Company. A technocrat with more than 25 years of hands on experience in Production, Planning and Control, he is primarily responsible for the complete manufacturing activities of the Company, including all technical and allied activities.
Mr Varma brings in tremendous value to the Company commencing from material sourcing to final finished products. Prior to this, Mr Varma was General Manager (Works) at the erstwhile ‘Fracasso Group’ Mumbai, India.
Mr. Adriano FracassoNon-Executive Director
Mr. Adriano Fracasso Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The name ‘Fracasso” is legendary and associated with road safety for over 3 decades in Europe. Pioneering the crash tested barriers in Europe since the early 90’s, Mr Adriano Fracasso has been at the forefront in the promotion of the crash tested barriers.
With over 30 years of techno-commercial expertise in this segment, Mr Adriano has extensive worldwide knowledge in the field of engineering products including crash barriers, noise barriers, scaffoldings, silos etc,. By his very presence on the Board, he brings in tremendous international experience to the Company in all areas of manufacture, management and market presence.
